Laundry Room Standstill (ORC week 5)

This week was supposed to be huge for our laundry room makeover, but as often happens in life, I had something totally unexpected come up. I got a call last week that my grandmother wasn’t doing well, and immediately booked a flight to New York to go visit. I spent the last several days with my friends and got in late yesterday. Thus, the laundry room remained virtually untouched.
Luckily, my grandmother is doing a bit better (prayers are still very, very much appreciated!), and I’m going to be back next week to share the FINAL laundry room post- isn’t that crazy? I have lots of fun things to share with you and put togther by then. This week? Nothing got done, but family comes first. ๐
Here are some snapshots I took to give a little sneak peek of what’s coming. Get excited! I sure am. ๐

Don’t forget to head over and check out all the other amazing room transformations at Calling it Home! ๐

Family totally comes first! I am loving those washboards and knobs though!
Tania you can do it! I canโt wait for the reveal! I love the direction the space is going in. As a fellow ORC participant itโs been wonderful to gather some fantastic inspiration. Iโd love for you to share your progress at Thoughts of Home on Thursday. Our readers would love to see it. The gathering is at http://www.decortoadore.net
Prayers for your grandma. I hope she continues to feel better and better.
Love the old wash boards. ๐
