Directions

  1. Lay your bag flat, and iron if needed. Place a cardboard piece or plywood sheet in the bag so the glue doesn’t bleed through.
  2. Cut a piece of yarn to the size you would like for the ghost—this will be the largest piece that goes on the outer edge of the ghost.

  1. Use that strand as a length of measurement to cut other strands until you have an amount of ghosts you are happy with. I did 7, but you can do more or less!

  1. Cut a piece of yarn to a slightly smaller size, and put it inside the larger yarn to see how it fits. Trim the smaller piece as needed – once you are happy with the length, use that as a template to cut more ghosts.

Repeat as needed – I had 3 total strands of yarn for each ghost, with each strand slightly smaller than the one before it.

  1. Next, you’ll want to glue the strands down, starting with the exterior piece and then the interior ones.

If needed, you can trim the ends to make them even.
