Whole30 Kitchen Supplies

I use the InstantPot every single day. Seriously. It’s a 7-in-1 tool that sautés, slow cooks and pressure cooks. It’s the fastest way to cook a whole chicken and make bone broth.

I did a lot of batch cooking, and stored food in glass containers. I also highly recommend silicone utensils and a splatter guard for frying and sautéing in oil of ghee.

The spiralizer is a magical machine that turns veggies into noodles. Yes, VEGETABLES into NOODLES. You can find my favorite spiralized recipe here.

There aren’t a ton of options for packaged foods on Whole30, but there are a few! My favorites are above.
