One of the things you’ll learn reeeeaaallllly quickly when doing the Whole30 is you will spend a ton of time in the kitchen. I found myself reaching for the same few things over and over again.
Whole30 Kitchen Supplies
I use the InstantPot every single day. Seriously. It’s a 7-in-1 tool that sautés, slow cooks and pressure cooks. It’s the fastest way to cook a whole chicken and make bone broth.
I did a lot of batch cooking, and stored food in glass containers. I also highly recommend silicone utensils and a splatter guard for frying and sautéing in oil of ghee.
There aren’t a ton of options for packaged foods on Whole30, but there are a few! My favorites are above.
