Easy Deviled Eggs in the Instant Pot

These deviled eggs are so easy to make and are a total crowd pleaser. This classic, easy recipe is keto friendly and shows you exactly how to make simple hard boiled eggs in the instant pot that are super easy to peel. There’s a secret ingredient or 2 in here...pickle juice and dill! :) So good!

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2.5 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  • Make hardboiled eggs by placing the IP trivet at the bottom of the IP and add 1 cup water. Place eggs on top.
  • Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
  • Natural release for 5 minutes
  • Place in a bowl of ice water to chill for 5 minutes, peel immediately
  • Slice eggs in half, scoop yolks into bowl
  • Add mayo, mustard and pickle juice, mix well
  • Put mixture back into egg white hollow
  • Top with fresh cracked pepper & optional dill from pickle jar

Notes

Store in an airtight container and use within 3 days.
