1cupwater
2.5tbspmayo
1tspmustard
2tbsppickle juice
Instructions
Make hardboiled eggs by placing the IP trivet at the bottom of the IP and add 1 cup water. Place eggs on top.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
Natural release for 5 minutes
Place in a bowl of ice water to chill for 5 minutes, peel immediately
Slice eggs in half, scoop yolks into bowl
Add mayo, mustard and pickle juice, mix well
Put mixture back into egg white hollow
Top with fresh cracked pepper & optional dill from pickle jar
