Gift Guide for The Hostess

Gift Guide: the hostess – Gifts that Every Hostess will Love

I’m about half done with my Christmas shopping and about mid-through the holiday party season. For an extrovert like me, I THRIVE this time of the year. All you introverts (like my husband!) will soon have snowy days in January organizing things to look forward too. 😛 Kidding, kidding. Being a hostess myself for dozens of events yearly, I thought it’d be fun to put together a post with some great gift ideas for the holidays and all year long!

The Instapot. I’ve owned one of these for 6 months now and it’s been amazing. This thing is a 7-in-1 kitchen appliance that can do everything from slow cooking to pressure cooking to making the perfect rice   and even making yogurt.

KitchenAid Mixer. The gift that keeps on giving! I use mine every single time I host whether it’s to mix cookie dough, whip fresh cream or just display prettily on my counter. 🙂

Spiralizer. This is the first one I bought, and I loved it! I recently upgraded to this one, which is an attachment for my KitchenAid Stand Mixer and I love it even more! It peels and spiralizes for you all in one single step.

Wine. Make it extra cute and put it in a wine bag like this one.

Candles. Not just any candles! My favorite one I’ve gotten is this pretty one from Anthropologie. After your hostess is finished using it, she can reuse the container for trinkets.

A chic marble herb bowl. You know, so she can keep it spicy. Or salty. Or whatever else she wants to put in her bowl-y. You can’t go wrong with a classic marble!

A party-friendly board game. Try the classics like Jenga, Taboo or Catch Phrase.

A good cookbook. Or two or three or 15!

Any other hostesses out there? What’s on your ultimate gift list?
